Game Innovation Group (GiG) and Argentine gaming and entertainment operator Grupo Slots have received authorization to introduce a fresh online gambling platform in the City of Buenos Aires.

The City of Buenos Aires Lottery (LOTBA), the local regulatory body in Argentina’s capital, has granted approval for the launch of Grupo Slots’ Jugadon.bet site in the city.

Last August, GiG reached an agreement with Grupo Slots to provide it with a technical iGaming platform, sports betting and front-end development, as well as its data platform and GiG Logic operating system in the city.

Argentina is enacting regulations for internet gambling on a provincial basis. In the previous year, Buenos Aires authorized guidelines for online gambling permits, which were anticipated to be accessible towards the end of 2020.
